My commitment to the people of Irvine is unwavering, especially when it comes to managing traffic and protecting the quality of life in our city.
I will not support or vote for any development project that fails to fully, transparently, and publicly reveal the true traffic impact it will create. This disclosure must be honest and realistic, with a thorough evaluation of how the project will affect our streets and transportation system. Furthermore, each project must include a comprehensive, well-defined strategy to mitigate traffic problems before they arise, ensuring these plans address the needs of our community and prioritize long-term sustainability.
Without these clear and enforceable measures, I will categorically oppose moving any such proposal forward.
